Don’t you deserve to live pain free?

Enjoy life pain free!

When Chronic Pain Leads to Depression

For those who have never experienced chronic pain, it may be hard to understand how pain leads to depression.  Is it the pain itself causing depression or depression causing physical symptoms up to and including pain?  If you have ever experienced pain (even for a short time) as either back, neck, shoulder, headache, menstrual, and/or arthritis pain, you know how frustrating it is to live with this, especially if it lasts for more than a short period of time.

For those who suffer with pain that lasts more that a few hours to days, it is common to find it hard to function.  The pain can lead to decreased energy and reserves to handle the daily stresses of life such as work, parenting, and relationships to name a few.  This ultimately can lead to depression and anxiety.

Depending on the causes, Heather can evaluate (and in many cases) help the root causes, clearing the physical and emotional blockages to relieve or reduce the pain.  Don’t you deserve to live pain free?
